The Construction Inspector will serve as the owner's representative on-site and provide quality assurance, documentation, schedule monitoring, cost control, and contractor compliance oversight. The role supports healthcare capital and maintenance reserve projects in Nottoway County, Virginia.
Successful candidates will perform inspections, verify contractor compliance, coordinate project documentation, support project controls, and help ensure construction quality standards are maintained.

- Represent the client and monitor contractor compliance.
- Perform daily construction inspections.
