Job Overview
The Technician-Property Systems is responsible for supporting hotel technology infrastructure, maintaining computer networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end users, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of IT systems throughout the property.
This role plays an important part in supporting hotel operations, guest services, and internal business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues.
- Provide technical support to hotel employees and departments.
- Maintain computer networks and communication systems.
- Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
- Install, configure, and upgrade workstations.
- Manage user accounts and password resets.
- Support servers and network infrastructure.
