About the Role
The Variable Compensation Specialist role focuses on managing territory assignments, lead distribution, sales hierarchy maintenance, and payment-related sales operations within Gartner’s CRM systems.
The successful candidate will support sales teams by maintaining accurate lead assignment processes and ensuring workflow efficiency across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer worldwide territory management processes.
- Maintain territory hierarchy in Gartner's CRM system.
- Manage regional lead queues and assign incoming leads.
- Research company information using internal systems, Google, and company websites.
- Map and assign prospect leads to Gartner Sales Executives.
- Respond to territory change requests and email inquiries.
- Perform validation and data quality checks.
- Monitor sales strategy and rules of engagement.
- Support system enhancements and operational improvements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
