Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to several consulting professionals within the Princeton office. This position includes calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting coordination, document preparation, client communications, vendor interaction, and support for internal initiatives.

The role requires a highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and energetic professional who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced professional services environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to consulting professionals and internal teams.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling requests.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and visas.
  • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and on time.
  • Support email correspondence, client communications, and vendor interactions.
  • Assist with preparation and quality review of client deliverables.
  • Format, proofread, and coordinate updates to presentations and reports.
  • Organize shared project files and maintain project documentation.
  • Support client onboarding to platforms and tools.
  • Assist with account setup, access provisioning, initial training, and first-use troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room reservations, catering, hotel accommodations, and setup.
  • Prepare documents for client proposals and presentations.
  • Handle contract tracking, printing, organizing, and archiving meeting materials.
  • Support special projects with tight deadlines.
  • Provide front desk reception backup when required.
  • Mentor and train new hires and junior team members.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and office learning initiatives.
  • Lead and support local office service initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Post-secondary education, Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP, Chrome River, or expense reporting systems is desirable.
  • Ability to use AI tools professionally and responsibly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
