Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR customer service support to the University of Michigan community.
- Answer benefits and HR-related inquiries by phone and email.
- Spend most of the working time responding to phone inquiries.
- Support inquiries related to medical, dental, vision, legal, life insurance, long-term disability, benefits billing, deductions, and general HR matters.
- Use a case management tool to open, document, process, and resolve tickets.

- Work collaboratively with business partners, colleagues, and customers.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience triaging calls or working in a call center function.
- Intermediate-level data entry and computer skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience using business software solutions.
