Job Overview
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of apartment communities, public spaces, offices, amenities, vacant units, and common areas. This position plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean apartment community common areas and public facilities daily.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents.
- Remove trash and maintain community grounds.
- Clean offices, clubhouses, amenities, and shared spaces.
- Respond to work orders and maintenance requests promptly.
- Report community rule violations to management.
- Ensure proper use of supplies and equipment.
- Support resident satisfaction through quality service.
- Assist with move-in readiness and property presentation.
- Follow Asset Living safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping or property management experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform physical duties and lift up to 25 lbs.
