About the IT Engineer Role

The IT Engineer will play a critical role in building and managing the infrastructure that powers Genius AI's workforce and operations. This is not simply a support position—it is an opportunity to design scalable systems, automate workflows, strengthen security, and implement AI-driven operational improvements.

The successful candidate will own key enterprise platforms including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM solutions, Claude Enterprise, and other critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage Okta identity lifecycle systems.
  • Implement SCIM provisioning and group automation workflows.
  • Manage endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle.
  • Build AI-powered self-service support systems.
  • Create automated workflows that reduce manual operations.
  • Maintain HIPAA and SOC2 compliance standards.
  • Perform access reviews and security audits.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Develop scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Create technical documentation and internal knowledge resources.
  • Collaborate with Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations teams.
  • Identify opportunities to increase productivity through AI tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of IT Engineering, Identity Management, or Systems Administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with Okta, SCIM, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of endpoint management and device lifecycle operations.
  • Understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
