🎯 Role Overview
The Operator Technician is responsible for independently operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment while ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and performance standards are consistently achieved.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Follow Autonomous Maintenance (AM) standards.
- Improve production line performance and efficiency.
- Support safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability targets.
- Execute standard work processes using AM and PM methodologies.
- Participate in shutdown maintenance activities.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Support breakdown elimination and downtime reduction.
