🎯 Position Summary
The General Mechanic is responsible for maintaining hotel facilities, responding to guest maintenance requests, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all engineering systems operate efficiently and safely.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to guest maintenance and repair requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, machinery, and hotel equipment.
- Maintain HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct painting, drywall, carpentry, and repair work.
- Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical system issues.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and supplies.
- Repair interior and exterior landscaping systems.
