📋 Job Purpose
The Business Support Officer is responsible for coordinating workforce planning, recruitment administration, logistics, budgeting support, personnel movement, and departmental operational activities. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, hiring managers, cost controllers, and various business units to ensure efficient workforce planning and business support services.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workforce planning activities across departments and business units.
- Monitor approved workforce budgets and organizational positions.
- Work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to support recruitment activities.
- Prepare recruitment requests and personnel movement documentation.
- Assist in reviewing technical competencies and employee development plans.
- Support succession planning and employee retention initiatives.
- Prepare workforce and demographic reports for management.
- Provide orientation support for newly hired employees.
- Coordinate housing, transportation, office moves, IT requirements, and logistics.
- Support National Development Programs (NDP), IDP, and TPP initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of departmental policies and management directives.
- Act as the primary business support focal point for workforce coordination.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Administration or Planning.
- Previous experience within the Oil and Gas industry.
