Role Overview

The Junior Office Assistant supports the effective administration of document maintenance, filing systems, database updates, reception duties, and logistical support for the department. The role helps ensure that office operations remain organized, efficient, and properly documented.

The selected candidate will assist the line manager and department with correspondence handling, record maintenance, office supplies monitoring, pantry support, and coordination with internal departments when required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Distribute correspondence, mail, and send faxes when required.
  • Record all incoming and outgoing documents accurately.
  • Assist with reception duties and guide employees to the relevant staff members.
  • Arrange and prepare refreshments for meetings.
  • Assist clients, visitors, and guests when required.
