Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of instrumentation systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot control valves, actuators, transmitters, PLC systems, sensors, switches, analyzers, and LT/HT drives.
• Carry out instrument calibration according to OEM standards.
• Interpret P&ID drawings and technical documentation.
• Execute work orders using SAP or CMMS systems.
• Prepare calibration reports, defect reports, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, Permit-to-Work systems, and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years of instrumentation maintenance experience.
• Experience in power generation, desalination, utilities, or oil and gas industries.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLC systems, control valves, transmitters, sensors, analyzers, and calibration tools.
• Good understanding of SAP, CMMS, P&ID drawings, troubleshooting, and maintenance standards.
