About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively generating sales opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, managing business development activities, and helping achieve revenue goals for the hotel.

The selected candidate will support daily sales operations while ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2-Year Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel Management, or related field with 3 years experience.
  • OR 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of sales and marketing experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and market trends.
  • Strong business development and sales strategy skills.
