About the Role
As a Revenue Manager, you will play a key leadership role in maximizing hotel profitability, room revenue, and market share through effective pricing strategies, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Reservations, F&B, and Spa teams to ensure strong commercial performance across all hotel revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hotel revenue management strategies.
- Manage dynamic pricing strategies based on market demand and seasonality.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Optimize distribution channels including OTA, GDS, direct bookings, and corporate segments.
- Monitor key performance indicators including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, and GOP.
- Analyze competitor performance, market trends, and hospitality demand patterns.
- Manage revenue management systems such as Opera PMS, TARS, IDeaS RMS.
- Support pricing, contracts, and strategic hotel business decisions.
- Lead and mentor Revenue & Reservations teams.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams for promotional strategy alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong expertise in Revenue Management, Yield Management & Pricing Strategy.
- Experience with forecasting and hotel distribution optimization.
- Deep knowledge of Opera PMS, TARS, CRS, RMS, and Accor systems.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting abilities.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Hospitality, Finance, or Business.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia hospitality market.
- Knowledge of Restaurant Revenue Management (RRM).
- Experience with Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program.
- Experience managing Total Revenue Management initiatives.
