About the Role
The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with company safety standards and Oman distribution regulations.
The ideal candidate should have strong Gulf experience, safety certifications, and the ability to conduct inspections, investigations, and HSE training programs while promoting a strong safety culture across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and distribution codes.
- Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Promote health and safety awareness across project sites.
- Deliver HSE training and awareness programs.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience.
- Gulf experience is mandatory.
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent HSE qualification.

- Must be approved/authorized by the Distribution Code Review Panel (DCRP).
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
- Ability to deliver HSE training and awareness sessions.
- Basic Arabic and English communication skills.
- Age requirement: 25 years and above.
