About the Role
As a Wine Program Specialist, you will manage the complete wine and spirits programme for Qatar Airways across multiple cabins and international destinations.
The role involves planning, forecasting, ordering, inventory management, logistics coordination, supplier communication, and menu accuracy management to ensure premium beverage standards are consistently maintained onboard.
You will work closely with:
Wine Consultants
Mixologists
Global Suppliers
Catering Partners
Internal Stakeholders
to ensure Qatar Airways passengers enjoy a world-class onboard beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
✅ Planning and forecasting wines, spirits, and beverage requirements
✅ Managing global logistics and product availability
✅ Monitoring inventory and minimizing stock wastage
✅ Leading wine and spirit rotation strategies
✅ Coordinating with suppliers and catering partners
✅ Maintaining beverage menu accuracy across digital and printed platforms
✅ Managing supplier databases and technical product evaluations
✅ Preparing operational reports and performance analysis
✅ Supporting innovation and premium passenger experience initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
