About the Steward Role
The Steward - CP role supports daily kitchen and hotel operations by ensuring that dishes, technical equipment, kitchen areas, floors, cupboards, machines, storage areas, and public spaces are cleaned properly. Key Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, kitchen tools, and technical equipment daily.
- Clean kitchen floors, cupboards, machines, tile areas, and assigned public areas.

- Refill cupboards with dishes and maintain proper stock levels.
- Monitor cleaning supplies required for the stewarding department and kitchen.
- Control and refill required dish towels through the housekeeping department.

- Check empty items and support daily stewarding control tasks.
