About the Operations Coordinator Role
The Operations Coordinator supports field operations by performing administrative and operational duties for assigned locations. The role may include inventory duties, procurement transactions, permit handling, customer document support, mail handling, and other operations support tasks.
This position requires a high level of accuracy because the coordinator may enter propane, bobtail, appliance, and asset inventory counts into SAP. The role also involves recording inventory transfers, supporting customer experience advocates, and coordinating purchasing or receiving of goods for the district.
Key Responsibilities
- Support field operations through administrative and operational duties.
- Act as an administrative liaison with the area operations coordinator when needed.
- Enter inventory counts into SAP, including propane, bobtails, appliances, and other assets.
- Record inventory transfers accurately.
- Assist Customer Experience Advocates by retrieving documents and information from location files.
- Pick up permits from township, county, or local offices for assigned districts.
- Process ordering and receiving of goods for district locations.
- Support purchases such as office supplies, parts, fittings, uniforms, and appliances.
- Handle mail for assigned locations.
- Perform operational duties that support daily business success.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
- Complete other duties as needed.
