Role Summary
The Wine Program Specialist will play a vital role in managing Qatar Airways' premium wine and spirits program across all cabins and operational regions. The position combines inventory management, supplier coordination, logistics planning, product development, reporting, and quality assurance.
The successful candidate will work closely with suppliers, wine consultants, caterers, mixologists, and internal stakeholders to ensure passengers enjoy a consistently exceptional onboard beverage experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and forecast wine, spirit, and liqueur requirements.
- Execute beverage ordering across all cabins.
- Coordinate global logistics operations.
- Manage inventory levels and depletion strategies.

- Ensure menu accuracy across digital and printed platforms.
