Job Overview
The Supervisor, Dispatch Transportation role is responsible for leading transportation operations, supervising drivers, ensuring DOT compliance, improving route efficiency, supporting dispatch functions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support transportation drivers.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Monitor route efficiency and optimize transportation planning.
- Ensure DOT and transportation regulation compliance.
- Lead safety meetings and operational updates.
- Resolve transportation and driver-related issues.
- Coordinate with customer service and operations teams.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS).

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Business.
